Carolyn St. Charles, RN, MBA, brings over 30 years experience to her role at HealthTech Management Services. As Regional Chief Clinical Officer, St. Charles provides consultation and resources that promote evidence-based care, quality and patient safety, and operating efficiencies. Previously, she held progressively more responsible positions at Overlake Hospital in Bellevue, Washington, including Director of Medical-Surgical Nursing, Senior Vice President of Patient Care and Vice President of Strategic Services. St. Charles earned her Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Northern Arizona University. She is also a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives and The Case Management Society of America.
Cheri Benander, MSN, RN, NHA, CHC, NHCE-C, brings over 30 years of experience in various healthcare settings including hospitals, home health, hospice, assisted living, and long term care. Benander has served in a variety of leadership roles including Vice President of Resident Care Services, Nursing Home Administrator, Interim Chief Nursing Officer, Director of Home Health and Hospice, Privacy Officer and Compliance Officer. Benander received her basic nursing education from Fort Scott Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. Benander is a Certified Healthcare Compliance professional through the HealthCare Compliance Association and received a certification in Nursing and Healthcare Education from the University of Phoenix. She is licensed as a Registered Nurse in Wyoming, Kansas and Missouri and as a Nursing Home Administrator in Wyoming. Benander is also a member of the Healthcare Compliance Association.
Diane Bradley, PhD, RN, NEA-BC, CPHQ, FACHE, FACHCA, serves as Regional Chief Clinical Officer at HealthTech Management Services. Bradley has more than 30 years clinical management experience having previously served in leadership positions in acute-care, long-term and behavioral healthcare facilities. In the past, she also served in the U.S. Army as Chief Nurse of a 400-bed field hospital and large Army Medical Centers. Bradley earned a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration from Baylor University; a Master’s degree in Nursing Administration from St. John Fisher College; a Master’s degree in Public Administration from SUNY Brockport; a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Alfred University; a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Rochester; and a Diploma in Healthcare Administration from Baylor University in Fort Sam Houston. She is also Certified in Nursing Administration, Advanced through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in New York State. In 2010 and 2011, Bradley became a Baldrige Examiner. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the American College of Health Care Administrators. Bradley is currently serving as the President of the New York Organization of Nurse Executives.
Faith M Jones, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, began her healthcare career in the US Navy over 30 years ago. She has worked in a variety of roles in clinical practice, education, management, administration, consulting, and healthcare compliance. Her knowledge and experience spans various settings including ambulance, clinics, hospitals, home care, and long term care. In her leadership roles she has been responsible for operational leadership for all clinical functions including multiple nursing specialties, pharmacy, laboratory, imaging, nutrition, therapies, as well as administrative functions related to quality management, case management, medical staff credentialing, staff education, and corporate compliance. She has held a variety of leadership positions in the profession of nursing currently serving as a Director at Large on the American Nurses Association Board of Directors and the Chair of the ANA-PAC. Ms Jones received her initial nursing degree from Ventura College in Ventura California, an undergrad degree in nursing from the University of Wyoming, and her graduate degree in nursing administration and education from the University of Phoenix. She currently holds a certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Nurse Executive Advanced and certifications as a LEAN reView Instructor and Green Belt in Healthcare from LEAN Healthcare West.
