Part 2 of the webinar series on hospital Conditions of Participation (42 CFR Part 482) will focus on the standards that have been identified as the most challenging for compliance in 2015.
Some of the standards that will be discussed include Life Safety, Environment of Care, Infection Control, Governance, and comments about changes made to Utilization Review.
Better practice strategies for continual survey readiness will conclude the webinar.

Diane Bradley serves as Regional Chief Clinical Officer at HealthTechS3 where her duties include assisting HealthTechS3 clients with conducting organizational assessments, developing innovative approaches to operational challenges, constructing quality metrics to improve customer satisfaction, and working with clinical and interdisciplinary groups to mentor, coach and improve teamwork. Bradley has more than 30 years of managerial experience in acute, long-term and behavioral healthcare settings where she has served in a variety of leadership positions including chief nurse of a multi-hospital system.
Bradley earned a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration from Baylor University; a Master’s degree in Nursing Administration from St. John Fisher College; a Master’s degree in Public Administration from SUNY Brockport; a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing from Alfred University; a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Rochester; and a Diploma in Healthcare Administration from Baylor University in Fort Sam Houston. She is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and Board Certified in Nursing Administration, Advanced (NEA-BC) through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and Health Care Quality (CPHQ) through the Healthcare Quality Certification Commission. In 2010 and 2011 Bradley served as a Baldrige Examiner.
