Self-care is essential to caregivers. In this one hour webinar, participants will be given time

to reflect on their own self-care journey through these unprecedented times. This reflection will

help identify challenges and acknowledge successes relating to self-care.

The practice of Nia will be introduced, and participants will learn the fundamentals of the modality.

A short, seated Nia session will complete the class, leaving participants relaxed, energized and connected to their own inner guidance which can lead to improved self-care.
