Community Health Needs Assessment – Are You Ready for 2018?


Not-for-profit Hospitals are required to complete a Community Health Needs Assessment every three
years. Our webinar will provide practical tips for conducting your second (or even third) CHNA

  •  how to build on the accomplishments of your last CHNA
  • how to engage the community and community partners
  • how to develop goals that will make a difference

We’ll also provide information about the most current resources available to help develop your
CHNA. Upon completion of the webinar, participants will be able to:

  1. Describe the IRS requirements for completion of a CHNA
  2. Describe how to identify vulnerable and at-risk populations
  3. Define the steps for developing an action plan
