Caitlin Feeney Executive Healthcare Recruiter

Joining HealthTechS3 in 2016, Caitlin serves as an Executive Recruiter and is bringing clinical distinction to an already well-established team. She is also responsible for business development within the Northeastern and Midwestern markets. Caitlin possesses a wealth of experience placing candidates in various capacities such as critical access hospitals, physician office practices, sales and management roles.

Prior to joining HealthTechS3, Caitlin worked with Baylor Scott & White Health where she successfully recruited for Licensed Vocational Nurses, Medical Assistants, Physician Office Representatives, Registered Nurses and Certified Medical Record Coders. She has also served in a senior recruiting capacity for Landmark Management Group and Whelan Security.

Caitlin has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, with a minor in Human Relations and a certificate in Entrepreneurial Studies from The University of Iowa. As an accomplished recruiter, Caitlin will get your hiring needs done whether you are looking for interim or permanent placements.


Prior to joining HealthTechS3, George’s background included working with Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Central Texas, with a focus on Business Analysts, EPIC Analysts, Clinical Access Specialists, and Informatics Professionals. Mr. Smith has also worked directly for the IT and Telecom industry for more than 7 years, including Ericsson, AT&T, Cisco, and various other companies within the IT Industry. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Human Resources from Park University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development from Webster University in St. Louis, MO.

Peter Goodspeed is an accomplished healthcare executive recruiter having more than twenty-five years of executive search experience. With his wealth of knowledge, Goodspeed is a proven recruiter when your hospital is searching for a knowledgeable and experienced healthcare professional whether for an interim or permanent engagement.  Prior to joining HealthTech, Goodspeed worked in various industries as an executive recruiter and spent many years with Witt/Kieffer Ford Hadelman & Lloyd, one of the largest healthcare search firms in the country. His clients included community hospitals, academic medical centers, hospital systems, HMOs and medical group practices across the country.
