The “new normal” of our care delivery system is providing opportunities to employ care models in innovative ways.  For example, the use of telehealth combined with care management services may allow for patients with opioid use disorder to receive treatment in the privacy of their homes.

Care management services such as Chronic Care Management and Complex Chronic Care Management are services that are reimbursed by Medicare, some State Medicaid Programs, and some commercial insurances.  Using services such as care coordinators and community health workers can provide an extra layer of support to these patients as they navigate the world of telehealth.

To learn more about these models of care and innovative approaches, join us for this webinar.

Upon completion of the webinar, the participant will understand:

  1. The use of the team model for care for opioid use disorder patients
  2. How to use telehealth for managing the opioid use disorder patient
  3. How to integrate the management of opioid use disorder patients into Complex Chronic Care Management services for sustainability and practice revenue
