Healthcare CFOs have the longest tenure of the C-suite with an average of 5.1 years. According to a survey by Jobvite in 2015, the average length of time for an executive level search is 71 days but, depending on the location and complexity of a provider organization, can take up to 6 months or more. This webinar will re-emphasize the value of interim leadership far beyond speed of access to their expertise.
Objectives: Upon completion of the webinar and through the personal stories of our panelists, participants will understand how interim leadership can:
1. Overcome the departure of a mission critical executive
2. Create a balance between innovation/change and stability/accountability
3. Prepare an organization for significant initiatives such as a merger or acquisition, large-scale technology implementation and more.
An interim leader is known for their ability to engage quickly on an organization’s challenges and opportunities. This was
recently exemplified by a CEO who had to serve as “Crewe King” for a Mardi Gras celebration and fundraiser.
