With the constant changes and dynamic atmosphere of healthcare, it is essential to add evidence based tools to your skill set. The ability to communicate is a sought-after talent, whether you are an executive focused on creating and communicating your vision, a manager responsible for the mentorship and coaching of staff, or co-workers empowered to solve problems.
Learning these new skills will be the beginning of your shift towards a Lean way of thinking. This course will provide an understanding and hands-on approach to using the basic lean tools of value stream maps and the A3 problem solving format. During the course, participants will work through an actual project of their choice and be equipped to implement this project on the completion of the course.
Upon completion of implementation and the course, the final project is submitted and a participants obtains Certification as a Yellow Belt Lean Practitioner.
