We are pleased to present HealthTechS3s 2016 Basic Field Guide to Healthcare Quality. This resource was created in cooperation with the Illinois Critical Access Hospital Network (ICAHN) and funded through the Rural Hospital Flexibility Grant program (CFDA # 93.241), Health Resources and Services Administration and the Illinois Department of Public Health.
The field guide serves as a broad resource to assist in the development of a basic foundation for an effective quality program. This guide provides a means to establish a program that will help achieve the goal of improving and sustaining high healthcare quality, maximizing resources, limiting liability and advancing the organizations mission. The basic field guide should be used in conjunction with other available resources and your current quality program.
If you would like to speak with the author, Diane Bradley, RN, NEA-BC, CPHQ, FACHE, FACHCA, about your quality program then please contact us through the Contact Us page.
