The Joint Commission National Patient Safety Goals, many of which are based on evidence-based standards and recommendations by professional organizations, have been adopted by most hospitals in the United States, regardless of if they are TJC accredited or not. Our two-part webinar will provide an overview of each of the NPSGs as well as practical tips for achieving and measuring compliance.

Upon completion of the webinar, participants will be able to:

  • Describe each of the TJC National Patient Safety Goals.
  • Identify at least one method for implementing each NPSG.
  • Identify at least one measure for monitoring performance for each NPSG.
